I Can’t Believe it’s Not Wood

This was a really fun project, especially because we were asked to incorporate an artistic touch. The product is Karndean glue down luxury vinyl plank–but it looks at first glance like real wood. The versatility of this product allowed us to incorporate a simple and elegant inlay around the perimeter. The homeowners were rather hip to current trends, and wanted a timeless, low maintenance product that would be attractive and hold value in the eyes of a future homeowner.
